The anticipation of remodeling your home can be overwhelming. Don't try to make countless decisions all by yourself. Cecy Gillen will to help you and guide you with all the decisions to make and at every step of the project.
You'll appreciate that we break the process down into a few simple steps we call META:
1. MEET:
- We will meet on-site and obtain all the necessary information for the new project, measure and access the space.
- Will take time to come up with the concept development of the design.
- Will presnet you with a rendering (if applicable) of the new space for your approval.
2. ESTIMATE:
- Based on the design and after collecting all the necessary data and we estimate accordingly for everything that will be used on the project we will forward you the estimate for the project and if needed will help you budget the project to your needs.
3. TERMS:
- We meet once again, if necessary, to go over every detail mentioned in the estimate and to answer any additional questions you might have and be ready for the contract agreement.
4. AGREEMENT
- We'll collectively agree to terms, sign off on supplies and materials as well as the contract and you'll be on your way to the dream project.
- After the conrtact has been approved and all the necessary deposites have been made, we will start working on selections for fixtures, cabinets, lighting, etc. We will bring samples to the site if necessary.
